In life we deal with so many issues, don’t we?
Perhaps the first issue you deal with is…
- Getting out of bed
Am I correct on that one? I’m sure I am, I don’t know I’ve ever seen anyone willingly get out of bed every single day. Your first thought should be prayer. It should be to talk to God.
Think of it like the benefits of working out in the morning as opposed as the evening. If you wake up and go work out, what effect does this have on your body?
- It wakes you up completely
- Your metabolism begins working early on instead of after you first eat breakfast
- It sends endorphines throughout your brain thus creating a “happier” you
These are just a few health benefits that come from working out in the morning. These are just minor benefits from simply getting your exercise in the morning. Imagine how powerful it could be speaking to God in the morning?
Proverbs 1:7- Start with God-the first step in learning is bowing down to God;
only fools thumb their noses at such wisdom and learning.
Proverbs 1:8- Pay close attention, friend, to what your father tells you;
never forget what you learned at your mother’s knee.
The first thing you have to do is submit your life to God. You have to throw yourself at Him. Admit all your wrong doings and explain how you trust in Him and His word only! It’s such a simple concept, but so few truly do it.
Keep that verse in your head because it’s the beginning of a new you, if you simply do as it says. Bow down to God, the creator, He is so powerful and supernatural, it’s truly amazing! I love Him with all of my heart and am so blessed by His awesome creations!
